Terrrible Experience - No satisfaction guarantee!! Read their return policy very carefully!! It basically says that if you open the box and use whatever you buy, that's it. No return on "trials and exchanges". They never communicated this policy while shopping in the store, nor did they before we completed the purchase with the cash register. It was only after the purchase did they staple their stupid policy slip to the receipt did we realize what was going on!

Do not register here for your baby shower DO NOT REGISTER HERE FOR YOUR BABY SHOWER. We registered my daughter here for her baby shower and when we received duplicate gifts (two chicco strollers) we tried to return it back but they wouldn't accept it even though we only signed up for one and it wasn't our mistake. They offered store credit due to policy.

Bergstroms are cheapskates! I use to work @ Bergstroms and I will tell you that they are Cheapskates! Even though they are a family owned company they don't treat their employees very well. They are only in it for their own family! They don't pay their employees very well and the benefits are horrible. If your child is sick or you don't have day care they don't care...they just want a body on the floor. Unethical Business Practice We purchased a car seat off of our baby registry and requested that the sales associte remove this item from the list. We were quite surprised in April to receive a delivery from Bergstroms of another car seat. When we took the duplicate car seat back to the store to return it we were told that they could only give us store credit because it was valued over $50. Terrible customer service, unknowledgeable staff My husband and I went into Bergstrom's based on their credo that they are family owned and cared about the customer. This couldn't be further from the truth. The staff are unhelpful and the delivery service is incompetent. The crib we received had incorrect hardware and baseboards. Since the crib was 'used' meaning they delivered it, the company would not take it out of our house and extremely rudely referred us to the manufacturer. A little pricey, but good for boutique things I think the Bergstroms in Anaheim is better than the one in Irvine, as it has more stock and the clerks are friendlier. You can always count on several people asking you if you need assistance, which is nice. They have everything from boutique clothes to cribs, strollers, high chairs, and toys like Thomas the Train.
