Called to order a part and the parts counter wouldn’t even try to look it up without the vin and I said I didn’t have it with me he said well alright and hung up on me. One hell of a disappointing customer service.
Jeremy is straight forward and clearly specializes in Volvos. 11/10 visit every time. If I could bring all my other vehicles here I would! The small things like a hand wash, walking me out to the car, explaining the next coming services so I know what to expect
Edit: *Went from 1 to a 2 star due to a call received shortly after posting this (from a different gentleman). Was offered said product pro bono, including free shipping and a gas card. Willing to consider giving them another chance, and will update after. Bought our car back in 2019. Experience was good. Service not so much.
