I brought my car in for service in May to figure out what was going on with it. After a long 3.5 weeks, a lot of miscommunication and hassle I finally got my car back. I want to thank Jason for taking over for the second appointment after the 1st one wasn’t the best. Hopefully moving forward the communication and service will be better
Years of damaging my cars and no where else to go because of the Bergstrom monopoly. The story would be too long to fit on this review. Never trust this company with your car. Robs imports in appleton is the best option! Oshkosh shop manager is nice and did what he could but at the end of the day my vehicle was there for at least two months for a quick windshield replacement and then dent and paint repair from a small tree branch. Stripped out plan bolt and blamed it on me
