Just getting frustrated with how much it costs to look at check engine lights. Pretty sure they just plug in the scanner and go from there. Have brought the vehicle in twice for two different codes. Before each one, was told it would likely be a half hour shop time, but could be a full, so full hour was quoted each time. Somehow ended up being a full hour each time, which I doubt the likelihood and honesty of. Feel taken advantage of. Great service and pleasant experience.
I cant say enough about this place. I love the sales team. Chris G is who we worked with for my lease trade in and even though he had just started there was awesome. He listened to our needs and tried his best to help relay that to the finance manger. He wasn't pushy and was so positive. We worked with Katherine as well who I assume was the Finance manager who worked to get us the best payment she could. She went the extra mile on EVERYTHING to help us out.
