We were very happy with price and quality of the vehicle we purchased. Disappointed in the customer service we received. Phone calls weren’t returned, interest rates we were quoted were higher when we went to close on the car causing a delay as we had to secure our own financing at a lower rate. Front license plate was not installed and found in glove box and the detailing job on the car was not satisfactory.
I can’t say enough good things about Joe and Zach! They were honest, thorough, transparent, efficient, all of it! I’d recommend this dealership to anyone. I didn’t get the bad vibes I’ve had in the past, I didn’t have any concerns. Everything reviewed in the paperwork was exactly what we discussed! 1000/10 Highly Recommend!!!!
