Took my car in because I bought a new Key and Fob from the dealership and then they have to program it for an additional charge of course. Well I drove in no problem with the old key but then neither the old or new key would start the car with a song and dance. The dealership said it was the car and wants to charge me two hour diagnostics to find out what they did to my car. Worked just fine when pulled in, they program a new key and now it doesn't but it wasn't them??? Took to another service center and the code in the car ... read more
Bought 2 VW from here as of recent. Kate the store manager was great too work with. Treated my wife and I both with respect. I didn't work with Chris, But I hear he's great sales advisor and is very present at this store. Id suggest him for any of your VW needs. Nathen in service does a great job multi tasking. Good experience. Only negative in my experience buying here is Jordan took a long time to work my paperwork & Craig has a condescending attitude. But Kate and Chris were pleasant to work with. If you're looking to buy a car or consider a job here. Id suggest to go somewhere else. Bergstrom as a whole is a great company. This dealership alone is a black hole. Continuous leadership changes. No team support. You’re always wrong. Inside you'll find many sales advisers willing too go above and beyond to help you only to be held back by old school tactics of team leads that fail to adjust to a new generation of the car business. leading to hours of your time just to sign paperwork for a new car. I brought my car in for service in May to figure out what was going on with it. After a long 3.5 weeks, a lot of miscommunication and hassle I finally got my car back. I want to thank Jason for taking over for the second appointment after the 1st one wasn’t the best. Hopefully moving forward the communication and service will be better
Years of damaging my cars and no where else to go because of the Bergstrom monopoly. The story would be too long to fit on this review. Never trust this company with your car. Robs imports in appleton is the best option! Oshkosh shop manager is nice and did what he could but at the end of the day my vehicle was there for at least two months for a quick windshield replacement and then dent and paint repair from a small tree branch.
