Waited 30 minutes for someone to be at the parts counter after an employee called for someone multiple tomes. Once the parts person arrived, they couldn't find the login to their own computer and had to call someone else. It took me 45 minutes to get a single in-stock screw that I brought the part number for. Updated: I followed up with Bergstrom after they responded. They sent an initial response saying they'd get me in touch with someone, then nothing. I followed up three times; no response.

Since Thursday of last week I've been trying to get an appointment. I always end up getting the parts department and when I'm transferred no one answers Fail

I worked with Joe Rose to lease my new 2022 equniox. Joe was very helpful and efficient in helping me order the car I wanted. this is my 3rd equniox and the 2 nd one i got with Joes help. The first one I bought in 2011 and that one is still working great with no problems.
