I was recently in town for work, about 100 miles from home, when my check engine light and EPC light came on in my VW Atlas. Changed my brake pads and rotors at this dealership, not even a month after they started to have metallic issues and noises. Try calling this dealership and communicate they said they are going to get back to me, but never received any response for a week. I don’t know what’s wrong with this dealership.
$180 diagnostic charge to tell me the hood latch cable is broke on my Atlas when I told them the cable is broke. You can literally pull 2 feet out and see the broken cable….. Thanks but no thanks.
I brought my 1st Tiguan in for a repair and had a chance to talk with my sales advisor Dan Prell. He was great to work with in 2021 when I bought my first Tiguan. I stopped to say "hi" and he asked if I wanted to look at the 2025's. I fell in love with the blue one, took it for a quick spin and was sold! This is my second one and I love the way the handle, and Dan is great to work with. Go see him!
