I brought a watch I to Bergstrom's for help after changing the battery myself and it still not working. They were very helpful with what they'd do to help, saying they would check it out and let me know what the problem was After a couple days they to let me know the negative contact was bent and that they repaired. It was now working fine. The repair was fast and was very affordable. I can honestly recommend them over all other jewelers in the Twin Cities.
