The GM and the sales rep I encountered are rude. Don’t remember his name. A old guy sounded like he hated that he had to be there. Reception transfers you around all over the place. Everything goes to voicemail. Impossible to reach anyone. In my opinion this store is a waste of a Porsche franchise. PCNA should seriously look into this store. I bet the numbers are low. I went to this dealer to check out some Porsches and didn't have a good experience. The people there didn't care to talk to us. Jason, the manager there, saw us and just ignored us, not a single word, as he walked by. Some sales reps did the same thing too. I'm not sure if they think we can't afford it that's why they didn't bother to make a sale but I've owned high end cars in the $200K range. Definitely not coming back here.

Danny is a great service advisor. All the staff were courteous and helpful. The service technician was excellent and went above and beyond. Highly recommend this dealership.
