I’m a first time Nissan owner and couldn’t have been happier with the car and the entire process at Bergstrom Nissan in Oshkosh!
Waited 10 to 15 minutes at the nissan wanting to test drive a Frontier. Went from lobby to outside and not one employee around. Made eye contact with the parts guy but he disappeared fast. Finally the kind service lady asked what was going on and told her to tell management nobody is around and im leaving. Then went next door to the Honda dealership where 3 sales guys were conversating and laughing. One kind lady got up from her looked to be a break and told me they were short staffed. BAD EXPERIENCE. Spent 8,600$ for a Transmission and Radiator replacement at Bergstrom of Oshkosh. After, I had damage to my exhaust system and conpletely different issues that I did not have before I left the vehicle in their care, the exhaust is louder than it has ever been. We picked it up right before closing then left as we were traveling back to our home state. Took it to my local Nissan for warranty and they will not touch it because my catalytic converters were not done by them. Basically, damaged my vehicle but they ... read more
