Very frustrated with Bergstrom to say the least. I bring our Xterra in for service and they quote the problem and a pile of other things that total twice what the vehicle is worth. I had them fix the big issue that we brought it in for and figured at least we can trade it in or sell it for a reasonable amount. Now today they call and didn’t have the problem fixed and said the second PART that was now needed was another $1100 so it will total about 2400 with the first part included.
