I am very upset with Bergstrom after my experience on October 29th. I came in for an appointment to have a hood deflector installed —this was a special birthday gift from my brother, who had already paid for both the deflector and the labor. I have the receipt to prove it. I also requested to have my beauty rings removed from my Ford Bronco, and I was initially told that the total cost, including the deflector and labor, would be around $130.
