Had an appointment for my 2024 Mini Cooper Countryman S and it was just to put my license plate bracket and license plate on, but they were right on point. Everyone was very nice and treated me with respect. I will be going back when need be

Excellent sales and service! Very friendly and accommodating. Went in for service on my 2012 and drove off in a 2018! Great team!!
Took my Mini in for check engine light repair. Live in Kohler. Not only was the repair found to be under exteneded warranty, but they also found some wiring repairs that were also needed and handled that under the extended warranty as well. I was provided a loaner without question and they delivered vehicle back to my home that was over an hour away. Geoff and the staff at Bergstrom Mini made me say wow.
