Dealer Bergstrom Mercedes Appleton Took our 2021 GLC 300 in for recall for the fuel pump they had a loaner ready for use. There was a worn spot on drivers seat which I asked if they could take care while here Sergio was the service advisor he argued with me and said it would not be covered before talking to Mercedes. I had my 550 Mercedes with about 37,000 miles in for scheduled maintenance. This included a transmission flush along with a number of other maintenance issues. The car is almost five years old. When I picked up the car my wife noticed on the way home that the window had a crack in it. At this point I called David and we are in the process of who is going to pay for the windshield. Thank you so much for all of your assistance in getting my repair issue fixed.
