So disappointing. They had a car we wanted to purchase on their website but it wasn’t put through inspection yet. They said we would be called when it was complete and we could test drive it and possibly purchase it since we were the first to show interest in it. Hoping to get resolution through this avenue since my calls are being ignored at this point The long story: Over the past several months I have had recalls and issues crop up on my certified lincoln aviator. After purchasing a used Lincoln elsewhere and having a few minor issues with no answers, I called Bergstrom Lincoln to help. I got the pleasure of talking with Matt and I feel so blessed. He took 40 minutes explaining everything and answering any questions I have. This phone call was so important to me and I honestly am so grateful for the time he gave me. Nail was spectacular and patient while we went through the process. On a Saturday afternoon with Monday being a holiday most people are checked out early in the day. He was 100% there for us and we appreciate it immensely and will recommend him strongly to everyone!
