Had a 9 am appointment. At 8:45 they took my car and said d they’d call in about an hour to tell me what they found (I had no heat). No call at 10:30 At 11:30 my husband and I drove back to the service dept after killing 2 and a half hours (we were from out of town). Found out they did not even start the service yet, the call was still outside. No apology just an excuse about some other car. They could have called at 10:30 to say they were running late. Nope!
