IF YOU WANT AN UNRELIABLE VEHCILE AND THE WORST SERVICE OF ALL TIME, GET YOUR CAR AT BERGSTROM! If I could give negative stars I would. I got my car in October. In June, right after I got an oil change, my car broke down. I checked the oil and it was bone dry. I know for a fact it did not leak. They didn’t put oil in my car. That lead to a $300 tow and a brand new engine. They charged me $280 to drop an oil pan and didn’t reimburse me for the tow. Awesome customer service in sales and service! Thank you for helping me with my phone and exhaust noise and not charging me for the user error. I also love the car washes after being serviced.
