Fabulous experience making my vehicle purchase at Bergstrom Hyundai! Very knowledgeable, caring and friendly staff who make meeting your needs and wants their priority!
"Upfront pricing" is a lie. There is a charge to look at your car but they don't tell you what it is until you bring it in and the consultant talks to you. Expect to pay a significant amount when bringing it in. Do NOT rely on them to tell you before hand. I brought the car in to see why traction control would not disengage after engaging. When making the appointment online, getting email confirmations and text messages, it was never stated that there was a mandatory charge of $207 to actually look at the car. Absolutely amazing customer service! My car broke down 2 hours from home and I brought it here and they were able to dig up a warranty for me I didn’t even know I had when my own dealership was no help (Russ Darrow is awful don’t go there). They were incredibly communicative and were able to fully replace my engine faster than originally estimated! Highly recommend!! Lainey who I worked with was awesome!
