unbelievably great customer service
I have been with Bergstrom since May of 2024. I have had a few problems with my vehicle and I couldn’t be more grateful of how I have been treated! Personally by Laney on service, she always makes sure I have the best customer service experience and I couldn’t be more grateful!
Lucas was great to work with on our recent purchase of a pre-owned Tucson. We noticed two small cracks in the front wind shield during the initial test drive. We pointed it out to Lucas and he was up front with us on the process the dealership goes through to inspect and fill the cracks prior to being listed. He told us we had a set amount of time during which if we noticed the cracks getting bigger to bring the vehicle back in for potential replacement.
