Quick, efficient service and knowledgeable staff. We love our new car and Mitch and Justin were wonderful to work with!
Hours are incorrect on Google, spoke to manager they are aware but cannot change it. So they do not help their customer. This is after I had to argue with the service tech to confirm a diagnosis on my vehicle done at another dealership. They said nothing was wrong and later found the problem. Not impressed, customer service severely lacking.
Friendly customer service, asked for alignment they checked did not need one, first time getting service the techs checked engine air filter and cabin air filter showed them to me ther were really dirty, previous dealer never checked them, immediately impacted positive performance of my Pilot, to finish it off a free carwash,and pleased with my experience at Bergstrom Honda Oshkosh., will go back.
My salesman, Josh T, was incredible. He was extremely kind and didn’t make me feel pressured to buy, but when I did decide to buy he helped close the sale and stayed an hour after they closed on a Saturday to make sure we could take our new vehicle home. I thought so highly of our interaction yesterday, that I’ve told my friends and family how nice it was. Also, the manager Branden was really kind.
