We got my daughter's first vehicle from Bergstrom Ford in Oshkosh. The sales and service team are very personable and kind. Getting our vehicle serviced is a pleasant experience - the advisors are up front with the charges and answer whatever questions we had, and the work was done right the first time.
Last week I worked with Ben Seibel to purchase my new Explorer! I traded in my 12 year old Flex and he made it all so easy...except for writing the check. I was lucky to be there on a Tuesday (not busy) so he was able to give me his full attention. I chose Bergstrom Ford because I have been going to their service department for years and they are highly efficient. Hope I don't have to see them for a long time!
Bergstrom, Oshkosh specifically, is a great dealership. Their service staff are competent and they listen to their customers. They don't do work without customer authorization, but also will let you know about any issues you may need to address to continue driving your vehicle safely. Bergstrom service prices and vehicle prices are very competitive. The staff in the showroom are attentive and not pushy. I would highly recommend Ben when buying a car he was very helpful when is came to answering my question and was easy to talk to and a overall great guy to work with.
