Bergstrom charges $40 to just do an inspection on brakes. If you proceed with brakes they credit you back the $40.Loyalty does not factor into their equation, but it should. In the showroom while waiting I was working with a salesman on a new 2027 Ford Expedition. Hmmm , no charge for that hour we spent with them . Then back in service after a $600 brake job, we paid a 3% credit card charge as we did not have cash on hand. What about our loyalty Bergstrom?
