I know that this Ford Dealership isn’t the biggest, but this quaint store enables you to feel so known. The whole process felt like I was at home! Ben was so chill and never pushed what so ever. I felt like, legitimately, he agreed with every concern I had and helped me answer them without ever feeling as if he had a horse in the race, which was cool because he obviously did (my sale) but he never put that above answering my issues…ever! We continuously use Bergstrom Ford of Oshkosh for the service of our vehicles. Kevin and Tyler are typically the ones to help us with scheduled service, but this week Cody stepped up to help with an unexpected issue.
