Bergstrom Lincoln service went beyond to work my wife’s car into their schedule while she was gone away on vacation. Unfortunately the parts were on back order, but i’m confident they will have her warranty issue resolved soon.

Marisa Moeller, the service manager, was more than helpful throughout the entire process, going above and beyond to make sure everything on my vehicle was carefully and thoroughly checked out. Going in for the 3rd time (4th time?) for same problem: exhaust leaking into the passenger compartment. Apparently they don't know how to fix these new Lincolns at Bergstrom Lincoln. They also make it as difficult as possible to take advantage of the "free Lincoln Loaner" by putting you off for several weeks before a loaner "becomes available." Bergstrom has a "bait & switch" thing going on here. It's literally exhausting (pun intended). UGHRHHH!
