Absolutely love my 2027 x6 , Jeff Leary was amazing, I put him on the hunt for this particular car and he let me know that I could order a 27 and it be exactly what I wanted , The process was smooth and easy and everything they told me came to pass !! Called at 10 am for a quote. Said they’ll call me back. Called them before they are about to close and said you never called. Lady had an attitude and said to call tomorrow. No lady, I called hours ago. Now I’m taking my m240 to Rob’s Imports. Everyone with a BMW go to Rob’s Imports instead of here
Terrible experience. Had to bring my car back in 4 times due to them not being able to fix an oil leak. Wasted my whole extended warranty due to it being in the shop forever. vehicle still leaks even after they threw 4 different parts at it. Now they dont answer my calls. What a joke dont go here go to dells auto in green bay.
We had an amazing sales advisor, Nick. We came to BMW, not knowing we were going to buy one. We just wanted to check out every type of luxury car that Bergstrom had then make our decision End of story, we never left his showroom and we bought a BMW X3 that day !!
