Awesome to work with, mage the whole process very easy!
I recently had some issues with my X5. The dealership went above and beyond to figure it out and fix it. I ended up having to take it back in and they not only picked it up from my house but also dropped it back off free of charge and we live 90 minutes away. Thanks again everyone, including Donny in service.
I had the chance to test drive an X5 here, with Dave Palton as my sales rep. Dave did a great job showing us the X5 and made it very entertaining for my family! make sure to buckle up, it will be fun. Thanks Dave!
I was sold two new tires in November 2025, but Bergstrom failed to align them. Today, I had to buy four new tires because Bergstrom hadn't aligned them last November. They even admitted they should have aligned them. No compensation or consideration.
