Had been trying to get my in-law's car scheduled for a BMW Double Clutch Transmission Transfer Case recall for the last five months. As recently as last month, service advisor stated they still "hadn't received the parts from BMW yet." Took a chance and contacted BMW of Milwaukee North - they not only had the parts, they got me scheduled within the week and gave me a loaner. Jace in the parts department gets the 5 stars he went above and beyond, super friendly, I was kind of a difficult and awkward customer but sure enough he found the parts I needed and more!
