The manager and sales person have treated me with disrespect. My recent attempts to purchase a BMW 3 Series from Bergstrom have been deeply frustrating and incredibly disappointing. For the past week, I've repeatedly tried to get a simple quote, but their sales team consistently takes days to respond.
