Had the best experience with Bergstrom's/ Middleton when purchasing our new Equinox recently with Austin Gruss he was very detailed and explained the whole process to us, he was very patient and answered all of our questions. Quinn also helped in the end process of going over the entire vehicle with the features before we left the garage. Even the gentleman that appraised our vehicle, was extremely nice to us, we had an excellent experience and will defiantly refer our family and friend to them. thank you, we will be back
Quinn was amazing. The process was so smooth and easy it helped keep stress down. Buying a new vehicle is never a fun process but I will say that Quinn went above and beyond to help make it fun. His attitude was top notch. I really felt like it didn't matter if I bought or not, that the only thing he cared about was I was fully informed and happy.
