It was a wonderful experience they do such a great job
While new, Erick was wonderful to work with. He wasn’t afraid to admit he didn’t know something and would quickly get the answer for us.
The only reason why I didn't give a 5.star review for them is because my husband and I bought our last 2 vehicle from them and they screwed up our SirusXM that they set up on both vehicles. They set it up under someone else's name so now we have to wait for SirusXM to investigate it before we can continue. It should be Bergstroms fault cause they were the ones that set it up.
