We like the service department. Sales department not so much.The last three vehicles we purchased somewhere else due to low trade in value, high sales fees, and they like to add maintenance service contracts/coatings to the price without asking you. Watch out for sales personnel adding things to the sale of a vehicle that you didn't ask for. When we questioned the 10 service maintenance line item the sales person responded with "you do plan on changing your oil don't you" FYI, sale service fees are higher here than other car... read more
Excellent service, my vehicle was serviced in excellent time. Very knowledgeable customer service!!!
I had multiple issues with my tuck related to sensors and such. This made the technical repair difficult and hard to diagnosis. But the Bergstrom Tech and Service Lead Shelby J, did a great job of getting the issue resolved but they made sure I had transportation during g repair, they kept me updated and abreast of changes , findings and potential fixes. They did a great job and should be commended for their efforts. Thank You Shelby and staff at Bergstroms of Oshkosh Great place!
