I work at a smaller shop had a customer come in for an oil change and doing the inspection found the sway bar links installed incorrectly when asks customer stated bergstrom did the work clearly the techs dont know what they are doing. Even simple oil changes oil filters are always over tightened drain plugs either finger loose or have to use breaker bar to get them out. Reached out inquiring on a vehicle. Mass text messages, none that answered my questions. Salesman was going to get back to me on some repairs that were listed on the carfax, never did. Reached back out to talk with manager, was told they would reach back out never did. I am a prior customer of Bergstrom and really expected better customer service. Good news, my money is good at any dealership and you just lost yourself an existing customer. Good work team!
Courtney was courteous and made sure we were kept up to date on the progress of the service on our vehicle. Brian did a great job. Our vehicle is running well and the problems have been taken care of. We were treated with respect by Cortney and she seemed to want make sure all was well with us.
Very satisfied with express service at this location. Emily the express manager was happy to provide above and beyond customer service and knock our request out of the park. Very polite, professional and there to help the customers. A+ transaction. Techs assisting were very friendly and were willing to lend a helping hand as well. Thanks Emily and team!
