First TYVM Jacob Sleger from Bergstrom of Oshkosh! I had a great time getting my great vehicle from you last week. I went everywhere in Fond du Lac and Winnebago counties looking for dealership that would be helpful and kind. I found it and very happy I did! I enjoyed buying a car for the first time in my life. Jacob Sleger was helpful, honest, and fun, also didn't bug me or pressure me and that was a relief. TYVM all of you again!
Made an appointment to see a car we had been searching for the day after we had contacted the dealership. My husband took off of work early to get up there to look at it, drove an hour, walked in only to find out they sold it to someone out of state. No phone call, no communication even giving us the opportunity to put a down payment on it or start the purchase process knowing we had reached out a day before this other person did. they helped me get into a car 0 down yes i wish it was a truck but it is what it is but not 3 days later it needs to be fix talk about a inconvenience as small of a fix it was it should of been fixed before it was sold to me
