Bergstrom employees go above & beyond to care for their customers! Randy in the service department was concerned that my shuttle driver would not arrive for another 35 minutes so he gave me a ride home while my car was being serviced. Not expected but greatly appreciated! Thank you for hiring quality people who car!
HUGE shout out to Bergstrom Cadillac for replacing all 4 shocks not covered in my warranty after they started showing signs of wear. Saving me $2,100! Got my appointment scheduled very fast and have treated me well since I walked through their doors.
