All they care about is if your an owner to a company or not. If you not that going to treat you like crap and say it only take 2 weeks to fix your car but yet it's still sitting in their parking lot a month later, in the same spot as they parked it the day you dropped it off. When I went in to ask them about my car after not hearing anything for a month they said "they to busy and don't have any my parts in." I have recently purchased a used GMC from Bergstrom Cadillac. The entire experience was great! I had a specific vehicle in mind however was not finding exactly what I wanted. I have now worked with Mark Georgia on the purchase of a 2023 Escalade and recently its sale. He has been excellent in his follow through and candid and prompt in getting both deals done. In the first situation, he ordered a new vehicle for my husband and sold it to us for $500 over invoice. The dealer in MKE wanted us to pay $10,000 over invoice because the car was in high demand.
