The whole team was personable, precise and professional throughout my entire experience. I was involved in an accident (not my fault) and Bergstrom Collision handled everything and worked directly with the other insurance. They communicated with my rental company when more time was needed, kept me updated when they said they would, and performed the work completely, efficiently and accurately. In what was a stressful situation, they were very calming.

All they care about is if your an owner to a company or not. If you not that going to treat you like crap and say it only take 2 weeks to fix your car but yet it's still sitting in their parking lot a month later, in the same spot as they parked it the day you dropped it off. When I went in to ask them about my car after not hearing anything for a month they said "they to busy and don't have any my parts in."
