I recently brought in my GMC to the Bergstrom GMC service department to have a sensor failing fixed. They replaced the sensor for around $800. Immediately after leaving the shop, it failed again. I brought it back in and they said they wanted to replace a different sensor as they said it was now failing for another $800. My recent experience with Bergstrom was unprofessional, time consuming and frustrating. I took my Canyon in for an oil change only to be told while putting the plug back in it broke off and ended up in the oil pan. At that time the Quick Lube manager proceeded to tell me it was my fault and the repair would cost me upwards of $2600.00 to which I explained that was unacceptable. Worst place ever. We got lied to and given the run around over and over. Salesperson ghosted us, don't trust Jacobo. Had to bring the vehicle in many times and nothing was fixed. Don't trust the so-called guarantee, either.
Excellent purchasing experience from beginning to end.
