Brilliant service
Rushed, not professional. Tenants sat on their phones while I waited in my vehicle with no one ahead of me. Manager/service manager was very short tempered and seemed overwhelmed. Rude and unprofessional. Certainly not the "Bergstrom" way . I have been a customer for a very long time. Will reconsider doing my service visits here . This is my second experience like this.
Extra charge ($250)since I was from Mi. Never disclosed until the absolute last second. Took hours to get the truck prepped. Literally was asleep waiting. Promised that onstar wouldn’t auto renew after trial. I didn’t want to do it. Demanded I did.. Should have just left. Onstar just renewed. What a shock. That’s what pushed me to leave a review.
Very happy with the salesman and the rest of the sales team. Jacobo answered all my questions about my new truck and how everting works.
My appointment was timely, the service was friendly and efficient. I had and excellent experience
