Worst place ever. We got lied to and given the run around over and over. Salesperson ghosted us, don't trust Jacobo. Had to bring the vehicle in many times and nothing was fixed. Don't trust the so-called guarantee, either.
Excellent purchasing experience from beginning to end.
Great dealership, clean, great people all around, not pushy, and really try to take care of you (and I'm not just talking about the cookies or beverages anytime you have to wait for anything). Even the flowers in the bathroom were fresh. To top it off we had one of the best sales advisors I'd go as far as to say THE best I've ever had the pleasure of working with. My recent experience with Bergstrom was unprofessional, time consuming and frustrating. I took my Canyon in for an oil change only to be told while putting the plug back in it snapped off and ended up in the oil pan. At that time the Quick Lube manager proceeded to tell me it was my fault and the repair would cost me upwards of $2600.00 to which I explained that wasn't happening.
