Multiple repairs were required after being hit in 2 separate accidents. Bergstrom had to navigate separate insurances all the time keeping me informed of repair progress. I’m satisfied with the repairs and happy to have my car back.
These people are excellent at their job! I had only owned my Black Label Lincoln Aviator for a few weeks when a careless (and uninsured) delivery driver took out the right side of my car. From the moment that I walked in for an estimate, to the minute that I picked up the car, they took excellent care of me.
