Bergstrom was amazing to work with when we were on a frustrating search for the perfect used car at the right price. They stepped up, worked with our lender, and even delivered our beautiful 2016 Mazda CX5 because we had no transportation. Friendly and amazing staff made it a perfect experience and we love our new to us ride.
Ill make a long story short, a dealership in Wausau, WI had me run credit to see if they could offer me better terms than the guy at my credit union, they could not. I wanted the purchase agreement to send to my loan representative and they would not provide it to me, insisting that the finance manager had talked to my credit union and the only way I was getting those loan terms was with a signficant down payment.
