If your idea of helping out is to say sorry there is no warranty and we can charge you for things that should be covered such as cruse control then yes you did help out. If sending a low ball offer for a car you sold that has all sorts of problems then yes you did help out. I got a better warranty and better customer service on a taco from Taco Bell. Stand up behind your product and do the right thing.

It all started with the sales person lying about features on the car. When I brought this up I was told it’s my problem. Then I found out the stock tires are a death trap in the snow, almost killed my family learning about this. Again my problem and I had to go purchase snow tires for a 4 wheel drive car. After that the transmission failed in the middle of the highway and the car would not move. Next the cruise broke and I was told this is not a warranty item. It’s a 2 year old car.
