Wandered in to the dealership last week interested in looking at a 2025 Q5. I was honestly a bit worried that no one would take me seriously. (I look broke) To make a very long story short(ish), I came to the dealership 3 times. All 3 times I was greeted by Harmony at the front desk (she's sweet). DON'T TELL ME OUT OF THE KINDNESS OF YOUR HEART YOU ARE NOT GOING TO CHARGE ME FOR SOMETHING YOU DIDN'T DO. Smoke and mirrors best describe the Service Dept. at Audi of Appleton. Erin or Aaron, whatever his name is, made the inference he was not charging my wife a $50.00 some odd charge for "SHOP MATERIAL and associated Labor." I had to purchase a new key fob for my wife's A5 (about $750). When I ordered the key fob, I was told I needed to pay for it prior to being able to put it on order. My experience at Audi Bergstrom was deeply disappointing. It became clear to me that the staff, and potentially the manager, made assumptions about my ability to purchase a vehicle based on my arrival in my current car and my attire. The difference in treatment was stark when I test drove a more expensive model at another dealership, where I was shown significantly more respect and attention.
