Bergstrom Audi was absolutely fantastic! My salesman, Matt Rotter, was outstanding. He always responded quickly to any questions I had and made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. I drove two and a half hours to purchase my Q5, and it was well worth the trip. Both Bergstrom and Matt went above and beyond in how they treated me. I’ve already shared my experience with my neighbor who is also looking for an Audi, letting them know it’s worth the drive for the level of service and care I received.
I had to bring my Audi Q7 in a few times in the last month for unexpected repairs and Jason went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was fixed in a timely manner. His customer service and communication is excellent!
These guys are great! I had an issue with a new car I bought at another dealership…even though I didn’t buy my car from them (they didn’t have it) they treated me as if I did…amazing! They went out of their way to help me and wow…without a doubt I’ll be buying my next car from them! I am from Atlanta but this has been service above anywhere else I’ve been…literally! Wandered in to the dealership last week interested in looking at a 2025 Q5. I was honestly a bit worried that no one would take me seriously. (I look broke) To make a very long story short(ish), I came to the dealership 3 times. All 3 times I was greeted by Harmony at the front desk (she's sweet). DON'T TELL ME OUT OF THE KINDNESS OF YOUR HEART YOU ARE NOT GOING TO CHARGE ME FOR SOMETHING YOU DIDN'T DO. Smoke and mirrors best describe the Service Dept. at Audi of Appleton. Erin or Aaron, whatever his name is, made the inference he was not charging my wife a $50.00 some odd charge for "SHOP MATERIAL and associated Labor." I had to purchase a new key fob for my wife's A5 (about $750). When I ordered the key fob, I was told I needed to pay for it prior to being able to put it on order.
