We had a possible recall. Inspection went great, no issues and they even washed the car and cleaned the floor mats
I took my Acura into Bergstrom Acura in Appleton Wisconsin. My original parts and repair estimate was $3,300 but due to the honesty of the service tech,Alex and Carlos I only paid $590 dollars. Thank you for your honesty it means a lot

Traveled from Milwaukee to look at specific CPO vehicle. Talked with Parker before and let him know when we would be there - he had the car ready and waiting. We test drove, asked a few questions and decided to purchase. When we spoke on the phone, I reviewed how the “up-front pricing” worked and there were truly no surprises or undisclosed up-charges.
