Tom W has been a great help in finding my oem parts. I own several Canadian Acuras which can be tougher to find parts. But he always finds what I need. Thank you Tom!!!
Avoid at all costs! They set us up for a test drive on the vehicle we wanted, and sold it underneath us the day before the drive. Was not offered to put a down payment on it or anything. Was told it was going through reconditioning and would contact us when done. They only contacted us to tell us it was sold. Not happy at all, especially with it being Bergstrom. Just avoid this place all-together and save the frustration.
Bergstrom a very well known name around the fox cities. You either love em or hate em. No in-between for anyone. Well I bought a acura from them a year and a half ago. I paid about 23,000 for it out the door. Now a year and half later and less than 12,000 more miles on it they tell me they will only give me 12,000 for it. Lmao. It's absolutely pathetic. Pathetic. Didn’t clean my car. didn’t do what was asked. highly overpriced. I asked for them to fix a wiring issue and they denied me because they “didn’t want to do it”. I have better service at my local take 5.
