It was fast and easy! Pierce and Parker answered all my questions about leasing, and listened clsely to all of my concerns.
SERVICE LIES! Service writer OK. Service Techs LIE. Told us all of our tires were at 3/32". I measured them before we went ( to be sure if we wanted to rotate them ); the worst one measured 5/32". Yes I know how to check them. I'm a retired, ASE licensed, mechanic. Also, for the SECOND visit, the tech said all tires were inflated to 35 psi. Car said no. So I checked w two different gauges: tire pressures were all different ( a five psi range ). So makes you wonder what else has been / is, being lied about and how to how many... read more
