My boyfriend and I stopped in there to look at Acuras since I was mainly looking at Foresters and used Lexus NX SUVs so we thought we would quickly stop to see what Acura had. We had the salesman, Pierce and that day I visited 4 different dealers and although I did not buy a car from Acura, Pierce was head and shoulders above any other sales guy. I wish I could have bought it from him. He was the friendliest sales guy with added humor. Just thought he was great.
I needed some unique service on my RDX so I reached out to see what the process was. The Bergstrom team was able to take care of my issue and did not give me the run around on additional services. What I requested is exactly what I got. The Service Manager (Carlos) and Sales Team Lead (Pierce) were both great to work with. I would absolutely purchase my next Acura from Bergstrom.
I just had my first oil change for my 2024 Acura Rdx. Carlos took the time to go over my vehicle and taught me features I didn't even realize I had. He explained to me how important it is to stay on top of preventive maintenance to protect the investment in my vehicle. Carlos and Alex are very knowledgeable.
