Through the years, I have had a great experience with Berg's Heating & Air Conditioning. I still remember the very first time I called them. They were able to talk me through how to repair my own furnace over the telephone, which saved me the cost of a house call from a technician. There was one year where they could not talk me through it, as it was more complicated because they had to replace parts. At that point, they sent a technician out to my house. always do a good job. On time, even early. Called today for spring check-up, and they were ahead of schedule, so the tech could come right away. Glad to do business with them.
Replaced cooler and heater with a single unit up on the roof in April 2016: good installation by Berg's, and I am still happy with the unit. I am using less energy (lowered my cost), very convenient (no going up on the roof to service the cooler), and saved space (old heater removed). Jim (supervisor?) was very helpful during selection, installation and maintenance. I am very satisfied with Berg's.
