Extremely caring and gave me information I needed regarding what my vehicle was worth. Other body shops only cared about big money and big insurance company payoffs. Berg's cared about me and my vehicle only and making sure I got a truthful quote on the value/worth of my car. I hope and pray these honest and great mom & pop business's aren't dying out or We are all doomed!!
