I recently had a 45,000 km service at Isuzu, which included a brake fluid flush. After taking the car back down, it was clear to the foreman that part of the service had not been completed. They offered to fix it, but I did not feel comfortable having them work on the car again, so I had the work completed elsewhere at my own cost. The dealership was happy to reimburse the amount. We were travelling back east to catch the Spirit of Tasmania when our vehicle went into limp mode. Denise and the team at Bergmans Isuzu went out of their way to get us back on the road quickly. Great service and very friendly staff – highly recommended!
I only went in quickly to grab some parts and all I could hear was the older larger guy from out the back shouting and just speaking so rudely to other members of staff. Not a good look and really didn’t care there were customers around
