They would not help me locate a part for a Simplicity tractor because I didn’t have the specific model number of my tractor - although I had the line and engine and part number I needed. Poor customer service and rude. Woodland and Pells are other Simplicity dealers in the area and both were helpful in locating and ordering the parts I was looking for.
They certainly stand behind their products. I could not be happier with their entire staff. It is a pleasure dealing with you and I recommend Bergman to anyone.
