Tamadon was my primary care provider since I was a young girl. When I was 19 I came in to get birth control. She told me I had to get a Pap smear or else she wouldn't give me a prescription. At this point in my life I had done my research and told her that a patient was allowed to refuse and the law required Pap smears to begin in your early 20's, which I was NOT. If I can give this place a 0 I would. Dr Cecilio is the worse doctor I have encountered. My parents trusted this woman for their health for so many years until we moved out of the county and began a new doctor who my parents have been seeing. Dr. Cecilio misdiagnosed my mom with so many things and did not care at all for her. My uncle who unfortunately passed away in 2015 did not trust this woman with his health and when he was dying, she told him he was doomed before he even treated her.
