I was ready to buy a car I saw on the website here at a casa in *************. I was told I can't have it transferred to ********** to buy it today because it wasn't serviced! A vehicle that is listed on the website should have been readily available for me to buy. This should of been transferred without an issues it's a ****** car. I have tried several times via different avenues (asking service person several times, chat at least 3 times if not more and emailing both the owner & service manager (email addresses found on website after Chat told me she's not allowed to give email addresses--interesting) and have been ignored on my question of 2 items on my bill totalling 500+ and their not showing a veteran discount which I questioned numerous times, even at the time I paid and was told I already took off a hundred dollars, that's not an answer and that... read more
No NOT buy a used car from this dealership! 2 days after buying a used Jeep we noticed the a/c would not blow cold on the passenger side. We called the dealership and they said it would be $2k plus (they said they would give us a couple hundred dollars off). This is ridiculous since it was only 2 days after buying the car. The dealership had to have known about this issue before they sold it. They are scam artists!
After buying my GMC Arcadia at **** Black Orlando, ** and taking it for service at least 3- 4 times and asked them to fix a raddle nose that turned out to be a major known problem in the exhaust system for these GMC Arcadia's **** Black Orlando not only ignored the problem for over a year and they never addressed it and always ignored. Bought a GMC Terrain from Crown Buick in September of 24. Car has been having problems since then. Asked to trade it about the third time it was having trouble, the manager said I couldnt, when clearly they knew about the problem beforehand but, looking to make a sale. Gm is the only one being belligerent. Have never spoke one word to him through the phone all contact has been via email to prevent that from happening. I have records of everything. Only time I spoke to anyone was the service advisor who confirmed the car wash acts like an octopus and most likely scratched the vehicle. Good thing I have photo evidence of before and after.
