My experience at Crown Buick GMC in ******** was terrible. When I first walked in, the older gentleman at the front desk never greeted me, kept his head down on his phone, and then casually told the younger salesman, You get her, as if I was an inconvenience. We bought a new truck, 2024, last 12/2024. Took the truck to get the tires check because of air running low. Mechanic told us that they're unable to patch it because there was already a patch right next to the damage. We went to the dealership and told them the story. The man said that it's not going to be replaced because there's no warranty, and no history of it being patched. Time and money wasted. They made us looked like we're lying, which we don't. Brought my 2020 *** ****** **** ****** in for a inspection and recall. Have been going to them for years and haven't really had much issues besides long wait times. Got my vehicle back with a couple big scratches and gouges on my bumper. Service rep said it must've happened there and he would get it fixed. Manager called me back days later and said nope didn't happen here we reviewed videos. When I asked to look at videos he said we don't share our videos call a lawyer if you want to review them. Had some issues with my 2023 Tahoe so I needed a diagnostics run on my truck. I found out it could take up to 5 days without a rental to get the diagnostics ran on it, but with kids and work I needed it done quickly. Only come here if you enjoy having to fight for the rights afforded to you under the manufacturer's warranty.Took the car in for some items of concern. Their initial response was, Nope sorry, none of that is covered.
