Would give zero stars if possible. Poor project management, substandard work by subs with no oversight, failed to assess project properly, made so many errors and mistakes, performed unauthorized work directly contrary to our instructions, failed to complete contracted work, extremely shady accounting practices, terrible customer service. The only saving grace for our project was one onsite foreperson whom we trusted. The rest (top to bottom) were unprofessional and incapable. We have all the receipts.

If there is no satisfactory resolution, I will not hesitate to file a formal complaint. I will continue to closely monitor the situation. I have already issued a legal notice via email and sent a notarized letter to both your company and his residence. Once the appropriate response is provided, and my son's needs are met, I will consider removing this review.
