Customer service, satisfaction and attention to detail is not their strong point. The reason I went with CarStar (could have gone anywhere) is that I was assured by Dustin that they are a full services / one-stop repair shop. I informed Dustin that the seat belt on the passenger side would not latch and that it was fully functional prior to the accident. He assured me they would take care of it. Conner Brothers is the best body shop to deal with. They made a customer for life out of me. When I wreck my car again I will most definitely come back to you folks. You were able to take a bad situation and make something good out of it. The car looks great! Nobody can tell that I ever hit that mailbox now. The work is great, the staff is great, and the company does great things in the community too. Conner Brothers is Great!!

I WILL RECOMMEND THIS BODY SHOP TO ANYONE!!! THEY WERE NICE FRIENDLY STAFF THAT ASSISTED ME IN MORE WAYS THAN ONE. VERY AFFORDABLE AND EASY TO WORK WITH!!
