This office is incredibly overbooked and patients have to sit for over an hour for the possibility of being seen.
Dr Lanza is a wonderful ENT. He is knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and answers all your questions.I have a history of sinus surgery and when I moved I needed a new ENT. I have been very satisfied with his expertise in caring for me. Also, he has been my husband’s ENT also since we moved here. He had nasal pharnygeal cancer. Dr Lanza is very caring about his patients.I highly recommend him to anybody who needs an ENT.
Dr. Lanza is a fantastic physician and surgeon. He takes his time with his patients listening and answering all questions and concerns. He has a wonderful cheerful personality that puts the patient at ease immediately. I wouldn't go to another ENT ever. Dr. Lanza is the best and I'm lucky to be his patient.
Dr. Lanza is very down to earth, very cool and originally from NY, im also originally from the Yri-State area. Dr. Lanza is an amazing Doctor, very thorough, accurate, intelligent, explains everything to you as many times as it takes til your comfortable and you're fully aware of the advice he is giving or procedures he is recommending etc. He is the greatest and you'll know it the minute you meet him. You'll feel like family.
Most caring doctor. Does not rush you in and out. Is available to answer any and all questions. The level of caring knowledge and compassion he provides is unsurpassed. Highly recommend
Seen this Dr for 6 years. Everytime the Fort Pierce and PSl office staff rude, incompetent and lazy.I had to go THREE times to get get just one test. Scope machine was NOT working the first two times. I even ASKED OFFICE STAFF TO CHECK IT BEFORE I COME THE SECOND TIME.Can you believe this??Yet there were at least 6 females in the front laughing , gossiping as I waited to be checked in. I was so pleased with my visit to Dr. Lanza. He was very caring, very understanding and was determined to help me find the help I needed for my rare condition. He never denied what I said I felt was going on.
Dr. Lanza was kind and compassionate and spent a long time listening to me on my first visit. I was referred to him by my ENT due to me not healing well after a deviated septum surgery. Dr. Lanza was very thorough and ordered testing of some cultures he took, something my other doctor had not done. He made a long list of recommendations and discussed them with me in detail.
