Please be clear, this review is not about the service at all.... But about the loading dock for truckers. Very unsafe conditions. Potholes the size of small ponds. I've seen trucks stuck for hours in the winter and still nothing are far as lot repairs. I guess after some gets hurt they will decide to repair. Also when you back up to the dock, you have to jump over the water when it rains. Very unsafe. Signed, truck drivers
Dan, my Service Writer and Rich, my Service Tech were excellent. The repair was done fast, and they handled all the correspondence with my extended service plan
Distracted driving from one of the delivery trucks almost led to a head on collision. If I hadn’t slammed on the brakes, and laid on the horn, they wouldn’t have swerved back to their lane.
