Not a man of his word, very irresponsible, very bad business man, you don't agree to one thing and then renege decision or agreement.. you don't knowingly stab anyone in the back.. if you don't have your word then you don't have anything, you will also never be anything! Higher at your own risk but beware of lies and and sticky fingers! I wouldn't recommend him to anyone!!
Best tree climber there is, knows what he's doing and is very professional, fast pace and safe.
Called them six months before they ever showed up. Then when they came I watched them get out of the truck and unless I am mistaken, they were smoking marijuana. Overall the actual work seemed to take way longer than expected and their effort was beyond minimal.
We had a very large dead tree in a terrible area to get to. It was closely surrounded on 3 sides by our house, shed, and deck. It was also not possible to get to it with a truck. Berges Tree Service came highly recommended to us and they did not disappoint. They quickly took care of the tree (and a 2nd in the yard) safely and efficiently. They were friendly and professional. Just had Jeff and his crew out today to take down a huge and challenging hickory tree and a decent sized hybrid pecan that we're both close to my house. Jeff was beyond fair with his fee and they went over and above to ensure no property or other trees were damaged. They even cleaned debris from my landscaping which they were not paid to do! Jeff and his crew are professional, courteous and knowledgeable, I would definitely recommend them for any of your tree removal or trimming needs.
