Lost 2 yrs of my life to depression. Had me up to 6 meds & suggested taking one more to counteract side effects. Inefficient office staff, in state of flux, with archaic record keeping. Messy & cluttered office. Spoke more about herself than situation at hand.
We have been seeing Dr. Bergerson for our 3 children for over 10 years. She is non-nonsense, but kind and understanding. She encourages youth to take an active role in their care. She does often run late, BUT this is because she takes the needed time with each patient. She never rushes a patient's appointment just to be on schedule.
She spent about 7 minutes with him on the first visit before she started writing scripts. Her office is a disaster and cluttered/dirty. It looks like a She has constantly increased the dosage of my son to a level that exceeds FDA recommendations. When I questioned her she became confrontational and argumentative. Dr. Bergerson spent more time talking to us about the treatment of other patients. I am alarmed at the lack of privacy and trust displayed by her.
