We have a new 2024 Alliance Paradigm and had the rod under the black tank bust. We worked through Alliance and found Mitch. He was fast, friendly and came out the next business day and repaired the rod. Great mobile service and an expert in the industry! We will use him for all our needs. He was thorough and gave us additional advice that was very helpful. Call Bergeron’s first!
I called this afternoon to schedule a service call concerning my water heater on my Airstream trailer. Two gentleman showed up in my driveway within the hour to diagnose the problem. Within another hour the job was completed, with a thorough explanation of the work done. The cost of having hot water for an upcoming trip to the mountains was more than fair. Bergeron’s is phenomenal. Work done quickly and properly and for a fair price. Even followed up weeks later to make sure everything was all good after the repair! Highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future for any repairs we need!!
Waited four days they keep saying they be there tomorrow but no show had no concentration that my son and a new born baby was using the camper in 90 degree heat with no Air conditioning the guy had a problem communicating with the warranty company he didn't want to work the new guy I called had it approved with in an hour not four days
