Warning! Scam artist. Very charming, has very low competitive quotes, shows up for the first couple of days, collects the down payment...and then never shows up again. Well what he does is says he will show up tomorrow, then never shows up, calls or texts. Finally when he does get back there is some sort of an excuse, I wasn't feeling well, my car broke down (it breaks down a lot), or something else.
