He came in bad mood, I dont know about the gas fireplace, explain what had happened, of course it didn't do it when he was here, then, he wanted me to buy a digital. Thermostat, for just the fireplace and not knowing the cost of it, I called my brother in as he's an electrician and then his attitude changed.
Very professional and knowledgeable. Received a few texts prior to our scheduled appointment to confirm and then a photo with an introduction of the technician assigned and an email to let us know that Gerry was on his way to meet us. Upon arrival, Gerry shook our hand and introduced himself. Very approachable to answering questions and helpful. Would highly recommend!
