Service dept. is HORRIBLE!!! Does not honor the factory warranty, and then they will charge you a diagnostic fee. $140 to tell you that something will not be covered by warranty. The place is a joke.
Walked in, Mr. Lionel Brown asked if he could help. I said yes and asked about a truck on the internet. He said that price was good, got me a great trade deal and I’m going home with a new Ram! Then financing, Joe Agate, beat my expectations! Very pleased!!

I send a co-worker to change the oil and get a truck checked since its idling all over the place. He gets in the oil lane when is only one car ahead of him and ask for an oil change and an inspection. So they tell him now we don't do that, so he ask you can't you just plug it to your computer to see what its says...well long story short when we go to pick it up we asked how come you don't do mechanical check ups anymore (I"m thinking is because its an older model) and when pushed they said yeah we do but you were in the oil ... read more
