BEWARE! DO NOT GO HERE! Her practice looked like a scene from hoarders; there was junk piled everywhere. Very unsanitary conditions with no sink to wash your hands when removing or inserting contact lenses. She was extremely unprofessional and spent 90% of her time complaining about her patients. She kept referring to "those people on Medicare" and how they "expect everything for free". She also stopped in the middle of my exam to order Chinese takeout! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
I'm glad I got to meet Dr. Berger today. I wish I had thought to do a search much earlier so I could've spent my 3y in Columbus going to her instead of elsewhere. She's personable, knowledgeable and truly cares about her patients getting the best care for the best cost.
Extremely unprofessional. Filthy, dirty, cluttered office.
