Well I sold my house today and have to say the experience with my realtor was great but my experience with the sellers closing company/law firm was awful. When I asked about the over $800 in fees not covered by my sales contract I got an extremely rude email from their paralegal. They waited until the last minute to get ready and tell me what documents they needed. If I am spending money and have a question about where it’s going I think it’s 100%reasonable to ask.
