After making three attempts at scheduling a tour for a house located in Mount Dora, I finally got in touch with this group. The person I spoke to sounded a bit standoffish on the phone; he asked me numerous questions as if he was trying to determine my eligibility, rather than my needs. I wasn’t really comfortable with the way the conversation went over the phone, but I was willing to move forward with the tour.
