We rented from MATT G….He is the BEST for SALES or RENTALS. Knowledgeable, efficient, and pleasant…Happily solved any little problem that came up…there really weren’t many!!! We rented the first floor unit at 1437 Ocean. You cannot get a better property…..location, house lay out, or owner. Everything was great!!! Even the weather totally cooperated.
