I have been a patient of DR. BERGER'S for years and have never seen him only residents, and a different one every time. My last visit a resident sent my prescriptions to my pharmacy but they couldn't be filled because his license to write prescriptions was not valid. The pharmacy and myself tried to contact the office but you can not speak with a real person only leave a message which we both did (several times) but got no response so now I must take another day off work to go and speak with them personally. This Office is not only unprofessional,but the Doctor does not "have time to see or speak with his patients "!! The Office staff is very disorganized and have horrible attitudes. My advice do yourself a favor when it comes to a Primary care doctor, don't even consider this Office! You will regret it!!
Been a patient for over 3 years and have never met him. Always ssen by residents who have no idea what is going on.
